1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hy-Worth ("the Service"), operated by Hy-Worth ("we", "us", "our"), founded by Darius Hyworon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hy-Worth is a personal finance tracking and planning platform available at hy-worth.com. The Service provides tools for net worth tracking, budgeting, financial planning, real estate analysis, investment performance benchmarking, cash flow forecasting, and related financial management features. Hy-Worth is an informational tool and does not constitute financial advice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The information, calculations, projections, and simulations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including foreign exchange rates, benchmark indexes, or any computed metrics. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
