Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always retained. Pro features lock to read-only on the Free tier; everything is fully restored if you resubscribe.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Your records are stored in Zurich, the app itself runs on servers in Frankfurt, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers listed in our privacy policy, such as hosting and the AI processing behind Ask Hy-Worth. Vault documents are encrypted in your browser before upload, so we cannot read them. A document uploaded before the vault existed stays readable to us until you move it into the vault.
Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What currencies can I track?
Hy-Worth fetches daily exchange rates for 30 currencies, so balances held in any of them are converted into your totals automatically.
How is Hy-Worth different from Monarch or YNAB?
Monarch and YNAB are budgeting apps that work in one currency at a time, and Mint is gone. They tell you where last month's money went. Hy-Worth is built for a family CFO whose money sits in several countries. It helps families step back from the day-to-day noise of monthly budgeting and tracking and bring a global perspective. It is the cockpit, not an accounting ledger.
