Accessibility statement

Hy-Worth is a product of Hy-Lev SA. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader or magnification, or have low vision or a colour-vision deficiency. This page sets out plainly where the product stands today, including the parts we have not yet assessed.
The standard we work to
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the level adopted by EN 301 549, the European standard the European Accessibility Act applies to consumer banking and financial services. WCAG 2.2 has since been published, but it is not part of that harmonised standard, so version 2.1 at Level AA is the benchmark we measure against.
Conformance status
Hy-Worth is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the product have been tested and meet the standard, and other parts have not yet been assessed at all.
One caveat matters more than the rest. Automated testing finds only around a third of accessibility problems, so a clean automated result is real evidence but it is not the same thing as conformance. Everything under “Not yet assessed” below is untested. It is not a list of things we believe pass.
What has been tested, and what it showed
Assessed on August 16, 2026.
- Automated WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA testing on nine signed-in pages at a 390-pixel phone width found one problem: a horizontally scrolling row of figures on the dashboard that could not be reached with a keyboard. It has been fixed.
- Content reflows on twelve pages at a 320-pixel width without requiring scrolling in two directions (WCAG 1.4.10 Reflow).
- Interactive controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, above the 24-pixel minimum the standard sets (WCAG 2.5.8 Target Size).
- Every page declares its language, in both English and French (WCAG 3.1.1 Language of Page).
- The interface is available in English and French, and an automated check keeps the two in step.
Not yet assessed
The following have not been tested against the standard. We are not claiming that they pass, and some of them may not.
- Whether every task can be completed using a keyboard alone, from start to finish.
- How the product reads aloud in a screen reader, particularly the dense tables of figures.
- Focus order, and whether the focus indicator is visible everywhere, especially inside dialogs and the mobile menu.
- Whether any information is carried by colour alone. The charts and the red and green change figures are the obvious risk here.
- Whether form errors are identified clearly and explain how to put them right.
- Whether the product stays usable at 200 percent zoom.
- Whether image and chart descriptions are meaningful, rather than merely present.
- Eleven signed-in pages are not yet covered by the automated test: alternatives, real estate, estate, education, companies, investments, tools, AI hub, progress, cash flow and report.
- The automated test has so far been run in English only.
- The PDF reports the product generates have not been assessed against clause 10 of EN 301 549, which covers documents. They are likely to be untagged, which would make them hard to read with a screen reader.
