Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add an account?

Go to the Accounts page and click the Add Account button. You can add bank accounts, investment accounts, real estate, and more — each in any supported currency.

How does multi-currency tracking work?

Add accounts in any currency. Set your preferred display currency in Settings, and Hy-Worth will auto-fetch foreign exchange rates to convert everything for your dashboard and reports.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in Switzerland (Zurich), processed in the EU (Frankfurt), with Row Level Security enabled on every table. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit via TLS.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and use the Export Data option to download a complete copy of your financial data.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and click Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

How do I connect my bank?

Bank connections are coming soon. We are integrating with banking providers to support automatic balance imports for banks in Canada, the US, and Switzerland.
